CHPE3112 Principles of Chemical Processes (3 credits)

(Pre-requisite: CHEM1071)

This course covers: Application of physical and chemical principles to problems in chemical and processing industries; Stoichiometry; Processes and process variables, Thermodynamic data; Material balance on non-reactive and reactive systems. General energy balance; Heat of reactions; Energy balance for reactive systems.
